It seems every month a new group of professional photographers, photographers who get paid to take photos of cats and dogs who need to be loved for the world. They’ve been popping up all over the place, with various websites dedicated to them, and they’re all quite the delight, especially for those like me — cat people. I can only imagine what they can do for people in animal care fields.
There’s a new craze to photograph the best of pets
Most of these photographers are part-time, and most of them have a website. On top of this, they post their latest photos on Instagram, or Facebook, or Twitter that has over 3 million followers.
I’ve seen many of these Instagram accounts posted and used many times on different websites, and I get the feeling that these are serious people that are really excited about their work and are able to afford to take it seriously.

In 2015, Apple and Samsung announced that they had reached a deal in which Apple would supply the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 smartphone models to the Korean giant for a limited period of time, with a deadline of the end-of-2017. Now, the two companies are in the middle of another round of contract negotiations, this time with Motorola. The smartphone maker will be offering two models — one in the UK and one in the US — with a different manufacturer, as the Guardian reports.
Although the details aren’t yet clear, the Wall Street Journal reports that Samsung is interested in acquiring Motorola Mobility in order to provide a “more affordable version of the US versions of Samsung’s new phones.” As we reported earlier today, both iPhones and Samsung Galaxy S8 will have a slightly different size and size-compatibility, which will allow for a more diverse range of users.
The Guardian cites sources close to the two companies, but doesn’t say when they’ll launch these new models — which would probably allow Apple to launch a new iPhones alongside that of the Galaxy Note 8. That isn’t really true — with a new Galaxy Note 8 set to launch this October, the first iPhones should ship in November or December. Meanwhile, the UK models are set to arrive before year’s end, at the earliest.
