Which countries accepts the payment of the sale through PayPal or Credit Card?
PayPal and Credit Card are accepted by the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, South Zealand, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Is there a limit to the amount of copies I can sell or share for free?
You may sell one copy of any photo for free. The limit is 0.5 square centimeters per item (including the image file). This is based on the size of your print, and the image size, of the item you’re selling. Note: All sales are made subject to your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale. If you sell more than 5 copies of any type of a photo, we will send a letter to you indicating that you have exceeded your allowance on a permanent basis. Note: If you want to sell your photos online, we will contact you for payment and you can then set up an account at Amazon PhotoShop.
Do you allow people to print copies of photographs without payment?
We only allow people to print their own copy. If there is other artwork or materials for sale on other sites, you must contact them to arrange the sale.
I have received a confirmation email for a sale, but no photo is still available. What do I do?
If the photo is not yet available in our gallery, try entering your email address, then clicking the “Not found” link under the photo and entering that address. In most cases, it will result in the photo appearing with a yellow “not found” link in your email inbox.
What happens if I have a photo in my gallery but I am ready to sell it to the public, but I am unable to sell it on our site?
