I’m guessing this is the same situation as when you use a zoom lens and use the magnification button to adjust the magnifications. You need to use your mouse wheel to adjust the magnifications on your image, or press the “n” key in the bottom bar. It’s like using the mouse wheel to change the magnification on your lens.
What is a photo retouching tool in Photoshop? A photo retoupper tool has two or more layers, and they can be edited to be more detailed. You select the layers from the list and then press the “T” key to select the layer. Then, you can either start with only the first layer and work your way through the selected layer, or, you can select all the layers from the list. Then, all the layers on the selected layer can be edited. As opposed to having Photoshop create new copies of the image that you can use to edit the images.
What is an image retoupler in Photoshop? Photoshop adds several layers together. You can make the retoucher as many layers as you want. You can even make it as many layers as you can fit on one screen, the whole screen on the Mac. The layers in a retoucher look like different images to the eye.
Note: If you are retouching a picture from a higher-resolution device, make sure to select the “High Retouch” option as well.

The difference to the original image is about 1/8 to 1/10 of an inch. The photo retouching tool that is used here does not add any additional layer, like you would see when creating a new layer and using the mouse wheel on it to adjust the magnifications. It just adds two layers. Two layers that will add more and more layers and retouching
