Do you think she had no balls?
C: Of course she had no balls! I think it’s just a sign to the world that she’s so much better than the rest of us. She can run fast! But if you don’t believe it, just look at the record! She’s the greatest basketball player of all time, and she could dunk that ball. I think she is just that good.
This is my second and probably longest chapter so far. I’m hoping it doesn’t overstay its welcome on this one. Anyway, enjoy!
This is the first chapter of a couple…
Chapter I – Beginning
The sun had yet to set.
But before the sun could set, they had to go back.
There is only so much you can do in such a cramped tent when it’s night in the wild.
“I’m going to need to pack up the luggage,” Yang heard in the back of her mind.
“Yeah, I understand.”
Once the sun began to sink to the horizon, Yang began packing the luggage into the tent so it could be put back on the back of a carriage.
She got the hang of using the carriage.
That is, if she wasn’t the only one.
“Where’s all the food you brought us? This is getting pretty cramped.”
“I don’t have enough room for anything but sandwiches.”
“It sure looks like you have a bigger tent than me.” Yang took a gulp from her cigarette.
“I don’t even smoke. I just like to smoke. I’m sorry you can’t find my cigarettes. Is somebody back here?”
“They aren’t back here.” Ruby turned on the light inside the tent before looking through the curtains from the inside.
Before Yang had a chance to reply, a couple of red-tressed men arrived and Yang’s body tensed as the men took up positions on the carriage’s roof in the courtyard.
“I’m with you! Are you two looking for us?”
“They’re back.”
The two men stopped their carriage and looked at each other through their rifles. One of them then lifted a hand and shouted.
“Alright, if you need anything, just ask Yang’s partner.”
“Why are you here!? We went to retrieve you!” Yang cursed to herself.
“We didn’t!”
