How often should you practice pole dancing? – Plus Size Pole Dancers Youtube

It depends. There are different types of Pole Dancing. In my opinion, all beginners need to practice in front of a mirror for at least 10 minutes a day every day until they do not have any pain in their feet after a few weeks.

A good rule to follow is to practice for 12 minutes on a daily basis.

How long should it take for beginners to become skilled dancers? Do they need to learn a whole new technique or are they just doing it so they can “break the law”?

These three things, being a beginner, the ability to perform, and the physical abilities that allow the dancer to be flexible and learn how to balance their arms and legs are essential in becoming an accomplished pole dancer. There is nothing like having a pole partner for this practice.

Do beginners need to be careful?

Yes, because even in a group setting it is common for a new pole dancer to drop back and injure a pole partner who is going to be on their side.

I also understand that beginners can sometimes have more fun at home or in a hotel room. How do you deal with that?

Of course, if you are traveling, you can bring along a pole, but be sure that it is properly installed, and that it is not in a public location. And don’t let kids learn new styles at home.

The safest place to put the pole at home in order not to have accidents while at the hotel or beach is on the floor, not in the air.
