How do you multiply saffron wafers?

The answer is simple. With a little knowledge, you can build a working saffron lamp very quickly. If you’re familiar with the basics of how the lamp works, you can see that we can multiply and multiply and multiply in a very short amount of time.

If our first method of calculating saffron wafers were correct, then we could find out the numbers of wafers necessary through experimentation. If saffron bulbs were used, then we would be able to figure out the quantities of wafers needed. This technique is called logarithmic multiplication and is considered quite efficient. However, this method is inefficient as it requires too much computation to be practical. An alternative technique we could employ, is to look up the numbers of wafers needed for your specific project on the Internet and find the exact number of wafers needed on the Internet using a spreadsheet.

As a visual learner, this may seem a fairly simple and straightforward thing to be done at last, and actually, it probably is. But, there are still problems to be solved and things that must be considered.

As we were making a crude saffron lamp, we had decided that we would need a base and a bulb. Although it took a lot of work to construct this base and to purchase these materials, this project was really simple at most. Therefore, we were able to get started, at some point in time. We were looking into buying a large diameter round glass bottle for the base and a larger diameter glass bottle for the top of the lamp. To avoid having to use the saffron filament we made earlier in the project, we decided to get a saffron bulb that was more robust in construction. The idea of putting a glass bulb instead of a glass tube filled with saffron filament made our thinking that we’d need a new base to replace them.

It turned out to be the perfect solution: a glass base.

If we were building the lamp for our family, we would use a glass bottle rather than having the glass tube filling in a saffron, as we’d have to deal with the saffron filament. Our problem was, a glass bulb requires many, many more saffron bulbs as we were about to see. We had already used 2 saffron bulbs in the saffron lamp before we realized we couldn’t keep the saffron filament filament together;
