What problems do life coaches solve? – Coaching Business Plan

  • by

The first is creating a relationship with their clients that leads to the right solutions. I am a big believer in a simple approach, but how do you build such a relationship? Do you build it with a glass half filled and a glass half empty?

Here is where your coach comes in to help you.

I have seen clients come up short in the weight room and be frustrated with what they do not know or how things are done.

The first step to building a consistent relationship with your coach is to understand your coach, your goals and your weaknesses. Then you can make the connection between what works and what doesn’t.

What is my biggest weakness that I wish someone would teach me?

If you’ve never made a decision, it can seem like the most logical thing to do, but many people are afraid of committing to a decision, no matter how necessary it may be.

However it is the difference of taking the lead and not the follower that makes the difference. You cannot control every decision. But you can control how you act by taking charge and taking accountability.

What are my weaknesses?

It may seem silly to think about it but some areas of your life are actually really hard to do well. Maybe it takes a lot of practice to do them well, but you just need to focus on what you can do, and be honest about what you don’t do well.

The second thing is understanding this can be the biggest mistake people make when it comes to weightlifters. What does your coach look for in your fitness routine? How do you think your coach will identify my weaknesses?

When you talk to a coach, ask to speak to each of their strengths and weaknesses and see what you can learn from each one. Are they a great coach at helping you develop a balanced approach to training? What mistakes do they see in your performance and why they are a lot worse than other coaches?

This will make your coaching session less stressful by seeing weaknesses that others have and showing you how you can learn from your coaches mistakes from a strength standpoint.

How can I improve my workout time?

This is a similar process to that of looking for your weaknesses. If you have time and you’re serious about working hard, you need to make sure your workout time is productive, not only in terms of the time used, but also that you have the right kind of rest between sets and a proper warm up.
